Add more visibility to Masteries

Hi everyone. As the Star Guardian mode hit and we all started having fun i realized that even tho Riot always speaks about clarity in their gameplay there are things we still need to get into the 'clear enough' zone. The first one that striked me was the Bounty Hunter mastery which i wasnt sure would work on the mode even tho i was like "enemies with map icons are treated as champs i think". My vision of clarity is that ALL information about your champion should be at your disposal so i think champions using masteries that give a buff or debuff should show it. Am i already 5% Bounty Hunter? Is Battle Trance maxed?

Masteries are merging with Runes in the pre-season so they won't be doing anything with what is there now.

Doesnt change the fact that the new system has to be clearer than what it is now. Im pretty sure stuff like the ones i mentioned will still exist in some way and we need to make sure we have that information displayed! =)
