More Bad Matchmaking

Two games in a row with a Gold 1 ADC against a Silver 3 ADC. One was in my favor; one was not. Both games were stomps. Neither were fun. I've had more extreme mismatches than this. Matchmaking continues to fail. Change this algorithm to make it more balanced, or admit that the only way to climb to higher level is to be able to 1v9 and stop the pretense of this being a team game.

OK, I'm done whining.....for now.

But seriously, fix this.
