Champ mastery 7 issue

im currently mastery level 6 on EKKO and i played a game and got an S+ rank but didnt get a level 7 shard, can somone please explain why?!

You can only get Mastery 6/7 tokens in Normal and Ranked SR, not RGM's ARAM or TT.
