I really want Draven- Riot please hear me out

I'm a new player, and I really want draven, and i've been farming IP hard for him and I only have 4500 IP. This is exhausting.

Its just one champion that I want to play a lot, but I have to grind games with champions I'm not familiar with or just dont want to play.

So my idea then is that why dont new players who are not level 30 yet get to pick one champion that they can permanently use UNTIL LEVEL 30. At that point they have to buy that champion or just not have the champion. You only get one of these "Longterme Free to play Champions" so you have to pick wisely.

What do you guys think?

That's just the price of League. You either have to grind or spend $ for rp to get certain champs. You could perhaps be patient and hope for a discount soon for him (never know) or just keep grinding and he'll just be that more special because you worked super hard to get him and it will be the first of many accomplishments that new players will dom
