Why no Doom Bots?

Doom Bots is the mode most prone to break, because the entire mode is essentially custom abilities and AI.

I know Riot posted that they changed how their projectile coding system worked fairly recently (post-Doom Bots), so it's possible that those changes broke the mode. That said, those same changes could allow for even crazier Doom Bots.

I suspect Doom Bots will come sooner or later, but I don't think it's something they can just pull out right now.

I'm sure they are probably working on it, possibly trying to bring in more champions for the AI/bot team before releasing it again. I'm sure we will see it soon!

Needs moar Garen Brush Attacks.

There's been a lot of changes since the last doom bots so thay'd have to go back in and work on it.

A lot of people have been asking about it though, I'm sure it will make a return sometime

I petition for Doom Bots to have the URF finishers when they kill us.

Pretty sure they are working on adding the other modes that haven't been in it yet. It just takes time to work out the Champion Mastery stuff and what not.
