alright this character is extraordinarily broken can we please remove from the game plz ty. i dodge him every time but i randomly dont pay attention to champ select and there he is! his revive in the current state of the game is broken.

has no cd on ult, 99% slow, giant radius stun and damage. when will this character be removed.
