Perma ban ezreal in low elo

Not because hes OP but because none of these noobs know how to play him. Every other ADC Is just point click and while this guy mid-late game is just standing there trying to land a q they melt in 2 hits Also whats the point of maura mana? Poke, no cool down, limited damage. By the time you finish it the adc has an infinity edge or crit speed item.
