Bad Attitudes and Banning

Hi, its no secret that LOL has one of the worst communities of all games in terms of player toxicity. I cannot count the number of games lost due to player frustration after one death, throwing a game because someone didn't do what they wanted them to do or said something that offended them - And my favorite are the obvious players on alt accounts that state in the champ select menu " Im only here to make you all lose" Its a endless cycle of ups and downs and a huge hurdle to getting out of those low elo ranks. I can have the best game of my life and still get knocked down due to other players toxicity and that makes playing not very fun!

Suggestion: Create a way to ban these players (3 days to a month) from entering future games with you or create harsher penalties for players who obviously have ill intent. Im sure what iv suggested has been suggested many times over, but after dealing with 10 losses and 10 toxic players over the past 24 hours, i felt my suggestion was needed.
