Do you think up coming changes season 5 2015 changes will increase the game lengths?

Right so there's plenty of changes coming, I'll briefly mention few, turrets will do more damage and help players for example shield, there's a new monster that walks through the river (new objective) and it's harder to push lanes and destroy turrets late rather than tanking it without minions. etc.. discuss https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2E6fOjn5ZXU

if you do agree the game lengths will increase, is this a good idea? because what if people don't have loads of time during the week/day to play and could possibly increase afk's or decrease the amounts of daily games you can play? It can go only 2 ways, it will increase the competitveness which can make games longer and also make things even more stressful which weaker players will resort to toxicness or it will make it really unfair and much more difficult to make a come back if mistakes were made and objectives were lost.
