Kled on Free Rotation
So Kled's been out for a week now and he's 6300. Doesn't that mean he should be on the Champ Rotation? Maybe I'm missing something here, honestly idk.

Two weeks.
Luckily I'll be playing draft where he's going to be banned 100% of the time. Thank god almighty
Usually,a new champ comes in the free rotation in his 3rd or 4th week since its release Except Kled on FRC either next week or the next after the next week
