Morgana soul shackles not working
Even when I upgrade 1 or more levels of soul shackles, the button is still disabled and I can't use it. What's going on? I have enough mana....

Stargleam3 votesEnemy champions need to be in range to be able to activate the skill. Like Katarina's Death Lotus.
Princess Emma1 votesExactly what Star has said. Not only that, but if they move out of Soul Shackles when they are bound to it ; the effect ends unless there is at least one enemy champion in range
Diogenes871 votesthe enemies are in range, they are inside that circle that shows up when I move my pointer over the spell button. Yet the button remains disabled.
