So I had an Ekko teleport to my top lane, dive and kill, and right before he died he ulted. This moved him back to his base. As far as I can tell there is no way to punish this maneuver.
you just made him waste ult and tp wtf more do you want??
Just don't die within four seconds of him Teleporting.
I know a decent way to punish it
walk away in the five seconds it takes to teleport
dont die 4 seconds after he tps. He burned ult and TP, what more do you need

Yeah... its a strategy a good ekko can use. -some people use this to back and buy items -Tp bot -Tp anywhere -Make godlike plays. Ulting across the map is used by lcs players sometimes.
