Is Ghost The New Meta?

Idk about u guys but I feel like something is being used by one player. Do u know the Ghost Summoner Spell when u get at summoner lvl 1? Well there's a challenger player named Pants Are Dragon. He recently used Ghost on Graves which is pretty good on him despite having the inability to make Flash Outplays. I want to test this out with the highest movement speed champs or using on Assassins because maybe u could use Ghost to chase down your opponents even if u they were to escape. Basically like Ekko's passive proct but a bit slower so it could be used to escape just like that. Disregarding that the assassins are basically high mobile champs such as Zed and LeBlanc, using ghost could be used for escapes or for chasing down your enemy. Of course it doesn't have to be used on Assassins, Hecarim can use Ghost too since it greatly boosts his Movement Speed. But for Assassins u could use your high mobile move to take down squishies and use Ghost to escape, although this is impossible to work, but mainly for champs such as Nocturne and Yi as they don't have high mobile moves like Zed and LeBlanc. So this is only a test but I feel like Ghost would probably the new meta within the new Assassin rework or later. So I just made this post just to point out Ghost's use for you. You don't have to use it but it could be used for chasing down champs as some clumsy players could fail flash. Using ghost could also be used for dodging champ's skill shots like Heal used on Azir.
