Honestly whats the point???? Play hard win 7-10 games with great KDA's play hard hoping to get a decent placement.. Ralley games, lose a couple due to AFK's and end up in Bronze 5 with zero point???? WTH is this riot???? come on!!!! 7-10 games WON and you place in Bronze 5???? how the hell is this fair, DONT make us play placements if this is the result!! Im TRULY Dissapointed now,not even gonna play ranked on this account if this is the way you treat players tha do well in placement....

Look man even if you fail the matches , if you're good you'll get your rank back . I never played these matches seriously to begin with . Lots of people that I know and who are in various divisions never took the placement matches seriously . Too much stress over a damn game don't you think ?

Is it fair ? No but who cares at the end of the day is just a game .

It may be "just a game" But that being said it's sad as hell when you do very well in placements and are not rewarded with anything!! Placements are meant to place you somewhere near your skill level... Can i pull out of Bronze? yes, did it last year and not really in the mood to do it again.. So yes i'll be abandoning this account and going to my main for the season..... On a side note, how could you even have played these matches seriously or not, when your lvl 20??? Also More people "CARE" than don't care, otherwise they wouldn't be trying improve their game by playing ranked

When there's 10 people shoved together in a box and told "Play nice" A. most of them actually want to play but B. There's about a 50% chance that one of the 5 people on your team is literally trolling because he didnt get the role he wanted and wants to punish his teammates. If the tribunal actually existed still, maybe these people would be more properly punished.

If you went 7/3 in placements and got Bronze V, you had incredibly low MMR at the end of the season and deserve where you are.

So from what ive gathered from other people, these placement matches are not effecting your rank very much. If you hit Bronze V its because your MMR was low and the 'soft reset' puts everyone a few tiers below their MMR then gives them LP boosts depending on were it thinks they should be.

So last season, I was Silver I, I went and did my placements this year, got placed silver V, alright, was hoping for better. First 10 games of play after placement and it's loss after loss after loss for stupid shit like afk or dc'ing and blaming riot for bugs. W/e. I get put in bronze I, hoping I can rally a few of my teammates to get pushed up a bit... nope. I'd rather blame season 5 for changing so much that people's playstyles are no longer viable, maybe, but whatever it is, I haven't been trapped in bronze 4-5 this long since I started ranked in season II.
