How will solo que placements work?

So as the title says above, with the another ranked que(solo que), being added in the next weeks, will there be another que? Or will it just be based of the mmr of your dynamic placements you got. Would like to know since we all have that feeling that dynamic que will more or less be disregarded once streamers/pros latch on to solo que. Once even a little bit of the community switches then the que times will get longer etc. etc. Into the eventual demise of basically having solo que being only que (at least imo). Of course, I could be wrong and it could work out perfectly. Either way, back to the task at hand, will solo que have another set of placements?
