Garen's new ult indicator allows you to see exactly when to use your ult to secure a kill on the target. As far as I know, this is the only skill that allows you to do that. Although this is extremely helpful for both Garen and the person getting chased to know when they can kill or be killed, it seems silly to give that information away. It dumbs down the game a little too much. And if this information is given to Garen, why not Darius or Karthus?

the thing is in garens case, his ult damage is almost impossible to exactly calculate on the spot, considering its mix of flat damage, % health damage, and its dependency on enemy magic resistance. so if any champ needs an indicator for his ult, its garen.
its much easier for cho, or darius for example, as their ults will always deal the same damage.
he also only gets the ult indicator against the villain.
