Placements are ridiculous

So placements are the most ridiculous thing in the game solely because it does not matter how good you do, it matters if you win. Its a team game so one person cant carry a bad team, its just impossible it WONT happen if they refuse to cooperate. People just dont get Elo Hell is real 100% because they havent had to deal with troll teams or they got lucky and got out of hell without much trouble. So on csgo your mvp stars help raise your score so even if you lose, if you do well you can still be moved up. With league only wins matter, so say im a support(i main support, very good at it) go 4-4-36, my adc is fed as hell but we have duo queue trolls on our team. They go 0-15 each so thats a 30 kill difference right there, and while the enemy team stops getting gold for them early on, its still a 3v5 with 2 feeders. Thats just a situation I ran into and there are many more. Nobody understands that nobody in Bronze is challenger, but some of them arent Bronze material. Im not in bronze but im in placements and get paired with people who for sure are. If they added a score system where your kdr mattered it would be way different, and i dont mean the whole call of duty mentality of fuck the team im 20-0, i mean assists and kills just help your mmr out a little. Its crazy when someone says you deserve bronze because you blame your team. I went into placements with a great attitude, did decent but ive had just horrid teammates. A mid who doesnt call mia and flames the team, a support who takes kills and then afks, and even a jungler who jungles all game and says fuck you because I took his champ. Theres no carrying a game for a support main or anyone whos not challenger but deserves at least silver 1 or gold 5. Elo Hell is completely real and if riot cared they would change the system. Edit: as usual anything stating teams can be bad is downvoted rofl.

In my personal opinion, if you are in bronze, you deserve to be there. Being in bronze is kind of like a rite of passage for players looking to climb the ladder. If you think you are good enough to be in silver, you will eventually get there. I understand that your team is scarier than the enemies in bronze, however if you are as good as you think it is less likely for your team to be worse than theirs. I also understand your frustration, stuck in a place where you are good enough to do adequate and beat your opponent, but not good enough to carry. The truth is, that is not enough, in order to be good enough to be silver you need to be able to carry harder than the enemy can and win. Only then are you truly ready to leave bronze hell.

OMG finally someone who understands. Im in bronze im not that good and im for sure not fucking diamond or anything, but the amount of trolls or even worse players i get ruin the game for me. Im trying to get better, i was silver last season but placements moved me to bronze. Teams DO lose games. Does nobody understand that? Its like nobody in their life has had a bad team and they just carry everything like LeBron when he took the cavs to the championship years ago. "You can carry out if youre good enough" right. Thing about that is, is that im only one or two elos higher than bronze skill wise which means im not pro but im not worst of the worst. That also means Im not about to just carry myself out of a bad team because im not xPeke or Sneaky. The community is toxic and just does not get it and this is the first fucking post ive seen that is spot fucking on. btw 420 on m8. Bronze players suck yeah and it may be easy to carry sometimes which i have done, but when your team WANTS to lose or just doesnt care its not about to happen buddy.

I carried myself out of bronze playing support.

Was doing the carry lanes and got tired of crappy supports, like the ones that don't buy site stones...

2 days ago my lolking score was +246, went from bronze 3 to silver 5 in about 4 days spamming support and this was after i had about 400 games in bronze.

This is my lolking

I get what you are saying but i still hold to my belief. I started out this ranked season in placements going 5-5, guess where i got placed? I ended up in the same bucket as you, possibly worse, bronze 5. However, now I am Silver 2 on my way to gold with a 63% wr in ranked. Listen, I used to have exactly the same mentality as you and you won't truly get why i think the way I, along with a large part of the community, do as well until you yourself get out of bronze. The truth is, you can carry nearly every game in bronze from any position, for example I play almost exclusively jungle and got out of bronze in about 50 or so games if i remember. And yes you can actually 1v5, but not in the way you might think. By taking objectives, shot calling, and roaming you can effectively do much toward not only carrying yourself but your team as well than if you simply won lane and watched angrily as your team is getting torn up and doing nothing until the inevitable defeat

Also I looked you up on NAopgg and found you play a lot of squishy assassin's or carry champs that bring little to the overall team comp. One of the easiest ways to win in bronze imo is to play a champ with a great team fight because you can always rely on the "wait till late, catch up, and team fight to win" strat.
