Option for pure solo queue?

I know this has been discussed in the past, but would Riot ever consider doing a pure solo queue? One only accessible to solo players, excluding duos. I understand that Riot wants to encourage playing with friends, but as a solo player, there is nothing more frustrating than playing with/against duos. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to have a solo queue and a separate queue for duos and solo players that are okay with duos.

The reason I'm bringing this up is that the artificial inflation of team MMR based on having a duo on the team has been a consistent setback as a solo player. On top of that, it seems that duos refuse to play anything but duo bot and I don't believe they should have a monopoly on a role, purely because they queue'd up with another player.
