AFK people in Ranked

I hate getting afk people in ranked games. This is a big problem in lower elo and Riot has added punishments and they do help but the problem is that people in the ranked game still lose LP same as the AFK guys. Im just wondering is there a possibility that the team with afk guys lose less LP and the AFK person loses more.

It doesn't work. There is always a way to abuse this type of system.
