Secret Stash Mastery stealth nerf in 5.23

It seems the wording and functioning on the Secret Stash mastery has changed in 5.23 In 5.22 it stated "Consuming charges from refillable potions will also trigger this effect" (the instant 20hp/mp) In 5.23 this is sadly removed and also doesn't work ingame for refillable potions.

Nothing documented about this in the patch notes!
