Kayn Perfectly balance char right?

I actually think Kayn is one of the most balanced champions upon release in a long time...

I don't have extensive experience with shadow. Rhaast seems to hit the market but it takes way too long to transform.

It feels like you are playing with half a champ till you transform.

I feel like Shadow isn't broken, as other assassins do the same thing, but Rhaast on the other hand is broken, or atleast on the edge, I played against a mostly tank bruiser Rhaast and he did the most dmg and tanked the most. That generally shouldn't happen. Idk how to nerf Rhaast but definitely how much he heals and maybe the damage in some way (I thought about his scaling but I heard qtpie and shiphtur talking about how he doesnt do any damage unless he goes AD)

I'm sorry are you saying Kayn is broken? I think since he launched I have only lost 1 game, because the kayn was good. All the others he either went 1/9 or 1/12. He is hilariously bad until people can find the right build path and jungle route for him. It's just like when Ivern was released everyone said he was garbage then too.
