Something Needs to be Changed About Heimerdinger

So the problem with heimerdinger is the same problem with yorick, the only difference is yorkick when he is out of mana, he is done to the point he is easily killable. As Heimerdinger has turrets, so why does he need mana.

Now hear me out. Why would this man be talking about yorick when this thread is about Heimerdinger. If you did not know Yorick is no longer in free week because he is such a large lane bully. Who else is a lane bully, Heimerdinger. But heimerdinger is not your ordinary lane bully. No heimerdinger is one that sucks the fun out of the game more than characters like yorick.

Solution?

Yes there is a solution "Q"- currently standing the main part of Heimerdinger's kit is his Q "H-28G Evolution Turrets", this is really important to how he is played, how do you nerf it, well the current mana cost is 20 mana, really it should be around the same mana cost as a teemo shroom. so early it could be 50 mana but later jump to 75 mana at max level. this only would make it easier to lane against heimerdinger in lower ELOs but now require hemerdigner to stack a tear. This would be a huge nerf but would make ganking him easier as he would blow through mana early game. making it more of a strategy game of placing turrets rather than the placing of turrets in random locations.

How many times have you been killed by the zohnyas + hemerdinger Ulted "Q" , for me, alot. the beam AP scaling is stupidly high with a 70% AP scaling that is alot of damage that the beam gets set off about 6 or so times, that is too much damage along with the slowing affect that is what makes people rage and not want to play against a heimerdinger. Please change the AP scaling to 60% it is not HUGE but it would make playing against a Heimerdinger just a little nicer.

Going against a heimerdinger in lane is not only Anti-Fun but you cant even get a gank from the jungler in the fear that heimerdinger is just going to "kite" to a bush and let his turrets do all of the damage as he sits back and does nothing but occasionally W or E. The junglers dont like him, The laners dont like him. THe only people who like Heimerdinger are the ones who plays Heimerdinger. This champion is not creating a healthy game for people in low ELOs it is just hurting the meta.

Riot please see this thread, I know you have many other champions to focus on that are affecting higher ELOs, but please something has to change to stop this no skill powerhouse it is sucking the fun out of laning or facing a heimerdinger.
