The Pregame-no-pick penalty.

I really appreciate you guys trying to cut down on all the chronic problematic jerks who quit and leave and generally waste everyone's time. But this is like the 4th time in 2 weeks I've been hit with a 30m penalty why my time is limited as is. I play 150 games and 4 of them I go to pee after talking to leader and figuring roles out only to have everyone fast pick (it occassionally happens) then I as a guy who never screws team and never quits have to wait 30m to play when I'm not a chronic abuser. It's too much. You need better detection and to stop making it so vague so it messes up people who aren't abusers of this system and who have limited time to play games because they have lives, families and jobs, but get singled out cause of the bad apples. Work with us here, please. The solution to fixing the bad apples isn't punishing everyone. The Nazis did that in 1937, it doesn't make it right or smart.
