Why is Soulstealer Vlad 1350?

Title. It seems like all the 975 skins that came out recently took a lot more work and have a lot more detail than the new Vlad skin. Most notably, Hazmat Heimer and Dino Gnar both look like they took a lot more work than Soulstealer Vlad, but they're both 975 while SS Vlad is 1350. Any ideas why that is?

To clarify, I think the skin is really cool and awesome and all, I'm just trying to figure out the reasoning behind the pricing.

gunge vlad has new particle effects, new sound effects, and a significantly changed character model.

Hazmat heimer got covered in a blob of latex, thus greatly lowering the work required on his character model, and release skins are always 975 RP, with very few exceptions

It's economics 101. (How much do people want it? VS. How much are they willing to pay?)

Easily the best vlad skin
