TWITCH
Is there any way that I can play with all the old Twitch models? Like with his skins looking like they used to not just the classic. I don't know if I'm allowed to alter files to change this so If anyone could help me I'd be appreciative.

Altering game files for like that is unsupported and unrecommended since it could (and probably would) cause issues (as after all, animations expecting one models are going to act quite weird with a different model).
I don't think they actually punish stuff that doesn't influence gameplay, so if you did hypothetically manage it it probably wouldn't be an issue, but I'd avoid it since it is something that wouldn't be straight forward to accomplish and would probably cause technical issues.
