High-end Graphics card [FPS ISSUE] --- FIXED!

Hello fellow summoners,

A week ago i purchased myself a R9 290, and since i have it i installed league of legends again. i haven't been active for 8months before this day.

As soon as i joined back, i saw the changes, and one of them was the FPS. it dropped terribly when teamfights, or close to minions, and sometimes when u're not doing anything at all.

as is today, i've started to pin down multiple conclusions what it could be, and there for.* i've found an fix *and would like to share it with all other people who experience the same issue as i do!.

I've only tested it with AMD gfx-card and processor, iam unsure about Nvidia, but i think it would work for Nvidia cards aswell, just find a program to stress ur cpu a little.

note: please watch the video from beginning to the end, so you have an idea of what i do, u can still skip most of it @7:00 and go straight to the fix.
