Rework Flash?
I wanted to flash away and punish someone for getting too close to me & my turret, but riot slapped me in the face for thinking and trying to play clever.
Flash Teleports your champion a short distance towards your mouse cursor's location, #**and cancels all incoming melee empowered and normal melee basic attacks for the duration of the flash **
