bugged chat system?

some reason i just finished a 12 game chat ban session and played another game then instantly after that i got 230 game chat ban? is something bugged... because all of my accounts are getting this bug, and i dont even get reported or talk... this is starting to get really annoying because i cannot communicate with my team during games, it's like a toxic chat system because Riot is forcing players to not be able to communicate with their team... and that is a reportable offense if you look in the drop down tab for a report... how does that make any sense..? please elaborate Riot
