Champ Select Trolls

It seems lately I am running into more and more champ select trolls. My first game was a man who had support and asked someone to trade for adc. The adc did not want to and the Support then decided to play a troll pick and laughed in chat and i had to dodge. This was 2 or 3 days ago. The second one just happened around 5 mins ago. A person on my team accidentally banned someones pick. He expressed his remorse and that he was truthfully sorry but the jg would not have it. Clarity and barrier twitch and then told the man who accidentally banned that he was going to suffer. Again I was forced to dodge. Although I dont like to dodge, Losing in total between the 2 days 6 lp is better than losing close to 40 since I win and lose around 19. I should not be forced to dodge because of champ select trolls. Riot Please give us a way to deal with them before the game starts. When I dodge a game because of champ select trolls I am truthfully afraid of playing a ranked till the penalty resets because I am nervous of getting another troll. Riot Please give us a system to deal with this people before the game starts. Im not talking about off meta picks like vel koz supp. I mean people who go clarity barrier jg twitch and things of that nature.
