How Exactly Can An Unfed Support LeBlanc Roam Top Lane And Take Out A Fed Full Health Swain, When Swain Is 2 Levels Above Her? All She Had Was A Dark Seal And Magic Pen Boots And Is Absolutely OP! LeBlanc Definitely Needs A Nerf To Her Damage... If You Can 1v1 Someone That Is Fed, While Being Decently Behind, Your Champ Is Broken! Ziggs Is Also Seeming To Have A Bit Of Busted Damage As Well, From The Game I Just Witnessed... Crazy Burst Damage Game, Where The Underfed Champs Can Easily 1v1 Fed Champs In Just A Few Seconds. C'mon Riot... If They Don't Get Nerfed, I'm Unlocking Them, And Then I'm Going To Start Abusing The Meta Hardcore Styled! #BalancedMyAss

I don´t care how fed he was. Did he buy mr? No? Lb should be able tp kill him, if pushed and low health.

It Wasn't Even Mid Game Yet, So The Swain Hadn't Completed The RoA Stacks Yet, But Had A Full Health Bar. LB Shouldn't Be Able To Damn Near One Shot Him Being 2 Levels Behind With Practically No Items, That's Ridiculous..

If it was early game lb can easily kill them even if she was support supports do no dmg bc they dont get alot of gold and build damage so it and lb has good base stats and base dmg
