Because of the change to Ludens Echo, Runic Echos should get a change as well. Runic Echos should build from Lost Chapter, Amplifying Tome, and Jungle Item of choice. Retain Echo as is while removing movement speed, and give the item 10% cdr as well as the 300 mana from Lost Chapter. Personally I would like Haste to be on the item, but just a 10% cdr for the price involved is more than enough.

Building Morello's on magic junglers used to be good, Mana, AP, CDR, it was awesome. Now if you want Mana you have to invest in one of the three new items.
No jungler is going to take the time to stack

Sure you sustain Mana in the jungle, but if your sieging or otherwise caught out of the jungle, you have no way to keep up. I just want an option that keeps it viable to invest in other Mana sources without sacrificing so much else. I love the GLP, but it's just not all that great for most AP junglers who would rather grab Lich Bane or

The problem is that many AP junglers don't care about mana at all, especially since they get a huge buff to mana regen while in the jungle and also have blue early.
