Is Legends Of Runeterra going to be divided into regions like LoL?
I mainly play LoL on euw, while my friends play on eune and i wonder if i i'll need a new riot account on eune to play LoR with them

As far as I am aware, new Riot Accounts will be global, which means, you can play with single account in every region from now on. Enabling this option was scheduled somewhere in February.
On a side note, card games like LoR do not require fast response time and I couldn't find any info how this will be handled by Riot Games.
