Can we pls get a lower cooldown on electrocute

I loved to play mages like orianna, syndra, vel, ahri etc. (mages with combos) but now with the high cooldown of electrocute my whole playstyle around these champs is not possible to play anymore. Orianna was my favourite champ of the whole game now it feels like i play her the for the 1. time when i play her because my whole strategie is trash now. how should i poke in laning phase with a 50s cooldown. That was my favourite playstyle in the game and you literaly thrashed it. I tried to play these with arcane comet and aery but they don't feel the same as they used to. PLS RIOT BRING THUNDERLORDS BACK OR CHANGE THE (here insert swearword of your choice) COOLDOWN!!! It's so frustrating and you riot are always saying that when you change champs etc. you want that the mains can keep their playstyle. I can't be the only one who wants thunderlords or the thunderlordsplaystyle i'm talking about back right? [sg-janna]
