- 20% max HP shield, true damage, 60-100% AD scaling, CRAZY mobility, multiple forms of CC, two % health abilities that also scale crazy good with AD. - this shitz balanced yo!

Camille just came out. she's cancer by kit alone, but they can't really determine overtuned or not without comparing it to other champs on live servers
shaco is getting gutted harder than necessary because of their own stupid fucking ward changes and lack of any foresight whatsoever, but he needed SOME nerfing
