Please make auto fill a toggled option

The title pretty much says it all, give us the option to opt into auto fill so if we want to lower our que times we can. I personally only enjoy the game while playing top or adc, I don't mind having to wait a longer time to get those roles, but being forced onto a role that i don't enjoy and am not good on both diminishes my experience as well as hurts my team. Please don't force us to play roles we don't want to, it just brings one of the biggest problems with the old que system back.

People will troll if they get forced into a role they dont want to play.

Basic Solo Queue complaints.

Unfortunately auto-fill doesn't really work as well when people can opt out. Part of why queue times are lower is because it forces people into those less played roles. Letting people opt out will just force more people who opt in into those less played roles, and end up making them opt out to get their prefered roles.

Reminds me of a lot of political things where people want an option to opt out. You either have to have everyone on it or no one, there is no middle ground.

Its just ridiculous ... I get forced to play something I can't So I can go play ARAM or Blind pick ...

But you're not forced the play roles you can't play. Firstly, going into ranked, you should be at least slightly proficient in each role. I'm not saying they all have to be your best role, but you should sure know the basics and how to survive playing that role.. But secondly, if all you're worried about is playing that specific role that specific match, why not go play a normal where you won't get auto filled? Ranked will be there later when you're willing to risk getting another role. I just appreciate that we have any option at all to pick our role. As a midlane main, previous seasons were brutal if you weren't first pick, and potentially even worse if you WERE first pick, because you knew you were getting countered even though you got the role you wanted for once.
