I'm considering this because:
Ivern. He's proof support jungle works. Thresh w, shield provides necessary durability for jungle Thresh hook, provides gank opportunity.
I dont know what items I should build here what rotations to make and what skills to max. Suggestions?

Ivern works because he was designed as a "supportive" jungler, not as a support that can jungle. Thresh Support doesn't work that well. Leona's another case, but her clear is stupidly slow early on.

Ivern is a jungler with supportive abilities, thats what he was designed for he is not a support that -can- jungle, he is a jungler.
Orjatson1 votesI know im a couple years late and that runes have changed but hear me out, I play thresh jungle with dark harvest and full lethality. If you can do this youre able to get off really early and effective ganks level 2/3 with so much cc. As well as this you can also farm alright tbf because maxing your e can be really useful. I like to start bot side preferably for red buff and gank mid right after the buff, then go top after that if you have the hp. This is a really quick easy 2 kills and then you can farm up till 3/4 then go for more ganks. Prioritise lanes that can carry on both teams. Trust me it acctually does work. Also the dark harvest and duckblade make your late game insane with huge burst but generally i would give the kills to my team because the early game doesnt do much damage.
