Give purple side an equal win rate vs blue

Keep blue and red on the same side for both teams.

This allows both bottoms or tops to get red accordingly, since that is one of the reasons blue team gets advantage. Blue teams bottom lane could grab red and grab the tactical advantage in lane.

(p.s. : Red/blue buff image would be sweet in forums.)
