So I've been losing a couple games now..

When i enter a game I can level up my spells and press control f for the ping counter, as well as type in chat. The problem is that i can't cast a spell. I've now had a couple games where this has happened and the only fix I've found is to relog, but then I lose precious jungle/lane presence. I was wondering if there was a better way to fix this. Thanks
