Taric idea

Taric for some reason is one of my favorite champs, probably it's because of his Uggs. Anyways, he's not a terrible champ, but he's in no way close to a good champ. There are some small things they could do to him to make him more competitive, faster missile speed on his stun or longer range. Lower CD on his heal. Give him back his burst with his ult.

But lets make him OP. How about changing his heal to a dash and make it like the summoner spell heal. It heals him and whoever is the closest champ when the dash ends. If that's too much, can we give him a 25% speed increase on whoever he heals?
