Leavers play with leavers?

I think that Riot needs to take a page out of the Blizzard playbook here. Leavers need to play games with other leavers until they play a few games and then they can be allowed to play with the rest of the community. The first time you leave there's a warning. The next time you leave you have to play 2 games with only leavers and it increases with each offense. It does several things. 1. It will take longer for them to find games so they're being punished by not being allowed to play as much. 2. They'll see how toxic and annoying their behavior is because they'll be paired with people who do the same things. 3. The games with other leavers will still influence ranking so they will suffer that way as well. Once someone has to play 15-20 games with leavers only before they can play with regular people they will think twice.

And on this same vein, there should be an appeals process for games with leavers. You should be allowed to dispute 3 games per every 100 games played or so because of leavers. It happens way too often to not be addressed in some way.
