just a funny story that reminded me of the boards

so a while ago i was playing support and my laning partner was twitch. (it wasnt my last game fyi...that twitch was great).

I noticed early that we were going to have serious problems. For example, he absolutely could not last hit. he would jsut randomly autoattack minions and it seems unlucky that our minions were constantly last hitting. He got something like 1 out of 3 minions.

our lane opponents were blitz and jinx. So this twitch becuase eh was autoattacking, naturally pushed the lane. And the opponents were at their turret. And twitch was in front of his minions, jsut doing his random autoattack thing.

I sat there noticing that blitz could jsut pull twitch and kill him, and jsut kinda waited for it to happen...nothing i could do, really. Blitz didnt seem to have the idea right away, but after like 15 full seconds passed, he finally musters the courage to pull twitch, and jinx got first blood.

Now i didnt flame or anything... reallly I said nothing. Experience has taught me that if you try to advise people they jsut take it as an insult, so I prefer to jsut say nothing and see if they learn from their mistakes. Dunno. Overall the rest of the laning process went rather poorly, but i managed to get us a double kill a few times and we almost caught up in gold....but whatever...overall it was pretty grim.

After the game twitch complained about how twitch is a bad champ against the current meta....that he cant help it that blitz has so much 'poke' and theres no way for twitch to do damage against tanks, and jinx has unfair range, etc.

Naturally it went totally over his head why he simply performed poorly in the game. Made me think about this forum actually. What he should have been focusing on of course was that his farm was crap and he was feeding jinx. all this other philosophical nonsense....whether its true of false (its pretty much false imho)....means nothing compared to those vital details which were the real reason why he failed in the game.. He might actually log onto this forum and complain about how twitch needs a buff and blitz and/or jinx are op.
