Having a hard time getting an S or S+ on Jhin

So I have played almost 50 solid games of Jhin and I have gotten 3 S- and one S+ but that was before he was lvl 6. The one S+ game was from me playing him top lane and doing really well. I am looking for suggestions on what i can do to get more S and S+. I think I am going to start playing more top lane and see if it does any better.
