Simple change to refine bot-lane meta

So it’s been evident in recent patches that keeping certain ADC’s tame has been a struggle, but I would like to think that it’s not due to these champions being “OP” but moreso due to the other champs being underpowered in comparison, allowing them to get snowballed on so hard resulting in their opponent taking over the map.

The change I’d like to propose is to include +15 AD to Blade of the Ruined King giving it a total of 55 AD, It’s been clear that onhit/bork build adcs have been struggling against crit adcs and I think giving the extra AD stats in their first item will give them the opportunity to compete with Stormrazor rush lane bullies and utilise their unique strengths for more outplay potential for the player.

The reason I thought of this change was specifically for Kai’sa, her build paths have always been awkward and being able to rush BORK and get the Q evolve with her GRB pickaxe will allow her to utilise an onhit build path and play to her strengths instead of being locked into crit items as they are her only way of getting the stats she needs for her evolves.

This change will also help champions like vayne, twitch, Varus, Kalista to not be made so redundant in the early game when bullied out of lane.

I am unsure whether this would be considered too strong, so I’d like to add that the item could potentially lose 5-10 AS to keep it balanced. As onhit ADC’s most important stat is AS it will definitely help to keep them under control whilst giving them the stats to compete with their lane opponents who usually have range/burst advantages.

I am unsure how viable this change really is but when thinking about it seems it could potentially be a huge improvement to the current mess of botlane.
