I noticed for a while that Urf has been nothing but all random and it kinda just brings the downsides to things on not being able to play what you want like the old urf. I would like to have the ban systems back and certain champions back onto the ban list. Things like are annoying and just relentlessly stacks shouldn't be allowed. Like just re permaban a certain group of champions like there once was.

If they make it regular URF and permaban Morgana and Rumble, I'd be extremely happy. Morgana is just anti URF. Her kit STOPS you from playing URF. And Rumble is just too broken for that mode. Constant shields, constant aoe damage that scales way too well for urf, and his ult lets him freely towerdive any 2 people past level 6. It takes a full team to kill him past level 6, it's just not fun to play against.
