Remove Garen/Hec from Arurf

He just spins whole game, gets easy triple kills and more. cant do anything since he just flashes on you. Hec one shots pretty much anyone who isn't a tank,from a single move. they should be really toned down or removed. you see them every game too, either your team or enemy's.
