I was watching LCS and I saw this "Nope, NME/T8's coaching staff don't watch China. Both ADCs finished IE before Greaves. #LCS" for the tweet. I dont watch China so why do they get the boots first? Does it give you an advantage? I've always finished IE before Greaves.
Depends on the champ. Champs like Cait don't do bad with early Greaves, because it increases their harass potential (more AAs and better positioning for said AAs). Champs like Graves would rather have more AD for stronger all-ins.
mobility is all i can think of, might fit a roaming playstyle.
better kiteing/chaseing due faster AA animations and more MS, better roaming with the more ms and if you outrange you enemie it's easier to AA harras them.
