Why didn't I earn S rank?

Not like that. You'd need to upload the picture somewhere first, and then link that.
Anyway, the reason you didn't get an S rank is because a high enough percentage of the player base did better than you on that champ in that role. Sometimes that means really good performances aren't S rank worthy, because theres been enough absolutely godlike performances in that champ/role combo to make your 'only' good performance get pushed down.
Lots of things go into 'performance' too, not just kda. Warding, kill participation, objective participation, cs, and more all go into it, so even if you feel you did well in all those areas, it's always possible to do better as evidenced by the fact you didn't get an S+ rank.
