We all know that Shen was reworked from worse to better but ! Nerfs were released up in season 7 makes him not playable еfficient on top lane . His Q is nerfed hard his R too . Whole kit is scaling with AP when he is not supposed to be a AP champ. He is mothe%%%%ing TANK RIOT TANK. He is supposed to have AD or HP scale

I don't use Shen all the time like Original Post but every time I do (probably 1 every 10 games because he's my go to tank) I don't have issues farming with him. And if your team, I know it's something you can't help, is smart and isn't always getting into fights his R is on a decent enough cooldown.

Kaioko1 votesOnly the shield on his ultimate and the % health on his Q scales with AP. The rest is health scalings which fits his nature as a tank and the attack speed boost on his Q means he's better off with AD.

Kaioko1 votesI actually do play shen and I agree he could use a buff in solo queue but this would push him to OP in competitive play which has always been his issue. This has nothing to do with changing his ratios from AP to AD if anything that would render him way OP.
Also I think you were trying to say last hitting, last shooting isn't a term.

Kaioko1 votesI'm not sure what you're talking about patch 7.8 changed his Q to making it viable to duel champions which he was losing on at the time. In fact they overtuned it to the point that it had to be nerfed from 40 magic damage to 30.
His dash was changed as well because with the amount of energy it was taking You'd find yourself only being able to use Q once and not twice in a fight.
Lastly his ultimate was changed to less base but added % missing health shield based on how low the shielded ally is. This nerfed him in competitive where he was an issue (people would ult early since they can talk and use it to turn fights) but buffed him in solo where a good ult can save your teammate and is mostly what people use it for.
