How long until I don't have to perma ban Akali

So how long is Riot going to take on actually nerfing Akali? It's so obvious that she's overturned to hell and very few champions can actually win against her in lane. The only argument I ever hear trying to cover for her is that her level 1-3ish (with Q drain) is bad, but she really just has to play safe till around 5 and she can easily dominate the lane and start creating her almost unstoppable snowball. Now, i'm just a gold 5 top player so what I say probably is me just being bad, but I've heard multiple steamers/top players, diamond 1 and up, say that she's broken, even Professor Akali who you'd think would have the most bias opinion about the champion thinks she's a bit op.

Then the only changes we have gotten to her since her release was 30-40 DAMAGE off her ult at all ranks, something the Akali player probably wouldn't even notice. If we bring up win rate she does have a very low win rate, BUT if you look at win rate for how many games the player has played on her, you see it jumps up to 50% for 1-50 games, and if we look at the only champion below her in winrate, Ryze the 1-50 games win rate ratio is only a 2% difference. I don't want to get into why she's op, because you can find tons of posts on the reasons why, with most just getting the response "Her level 1 takes half her energy.", and i'm pretty sure most people who aren't biased about her know why. Anyways I hope we don't have to wait till the season is done or something before something is changed.
