Why isn't this seeing much play anymore?

rework, all helped him so much. His laning phase is much better now, arguably the best poke for an ADC IMO, Hybrid Pen with the huge W magic damage on AA bonus, and can self peel with ult or even engage. + an empowered AA deals so much damage and solves his range problems IMO.

Tri force is nice with the CDR and his spamable skills. and getting a crit with your W passive on a IE is sweeeeet..

I tend to have attack speed quints So I go for that extra CDR.
Then those two items mentioned above.
What do I see on a W passgive and Charged AA?
600 damage in red. and 600 damage in purple..
1200 damage in 1 AA.
If his skills had AD scailings as well as AP.. it'd be OP.
Don't get why everyone is hateing on this topic, someone upvote this guy to fix it.
Anyways Kennen adc is more of a risk pick, provides your team with lots of cc, but once you fall behind your horridly useless, and not much people are willing to play that risk, plus it really requires a support who can help you out that knows how to play with kennen.
While this probably doesn't count while I was still silver 1 I once had a ranked game where I locked in kennen not knowing that mid was already taken due to poor communication on my part and I ended up going kennen in the bot lane which i carried with, keep in mind this was not as adc but a typical kennen build.
